- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and resolve them efficiently using ServiceNow tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in ITSM development or a related field.
- Solid understanding of ITIL v3 or later versions (ITSM) principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing scripts using JavaScript or other programming languages as needed.
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform including configuration, customization, integration, reporting & analytics.
