Role Overview

- Position: Store Manager (Onrole position)
- Payroll: Swiggy

Responsibilities

1. Store & Inventory Management

- Upkeeping the Store: Ensure overall maintenance, implementation, and adherence to the statement of purpose.
- In-Store Operations: Oversee and conduct accurate store operations, including:

- Billing
- Stock inwards & placement on racks
- Picking and packing items for delivery executives
- Managing wastage, dumping, etc.

- Inventory & Wastage: Responsible for wastage control and inventory management.
- Safety & Security: Ensure safety and security of stock, infrastructure, properties, and store premises. Prevent theft or fraud related to orders and stock.

2. Team & Staff Management

- Team Leadership: Manage a team of approximately 812 store employees.
- Rostering & Scheduling: Handle shift scheduling and rostering for store employees, security, and maintenance staff.
- People Management: Responsible for staff retention, training,



and maintaining hygiene standards.

3. Operations & Performance Metrics

- Metrics Tracking: Oversee key operational performance indicators such as:

- Number of orders delivered
- Arrival-to-pickup time
- Stock availability

- Service Matrix Compliance: Daily tracking and adherence to service metrics, including:

- Picking to packing time
- Billing time
- Order to billing time

4. Skills & Qualifications

- Domain Knowledge: Well-versed in retail store operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using necessary software for inwarding, billing, and pulling reports.
- Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving & Capacity: Ability to solve problems and handle heavy workloads efficiently.
