FSS is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to own endtoend delivery of application services for banking and payments customers. This role emphasizes project management, customer interaction, and stakeholder communication, ensuring deliverables are prioritized and executed smoothly. While prior experience with reconciliation (Recon) applications would be beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates with robust delivery management and customer engagement skills will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage delivery of application services across assigned customer accounts, balancing scope, quality, and timelines.
- Engage directly with customers to understand priorities, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prioritize deliverables effectively, aligning with business needs and customer commitments.
- Translate business requirements into delivery plans, working closely with technical teams.
- Drive project governance estimation, planning, resourcing, risk management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with QA, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure smooth releases and stable operations.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering ownership and accountability.
