Position: HR Head

Location: Tiruppur / Chennai / Coimbatore

Experience: 10+ Years

Salary: Above 50,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete HR function.

Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Lead and guide the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

Candidates must have strong specialization and proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and managing recruitment teams is required.

Candidate Profile:

10+ years of relevant experience in HR management.

Solid leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.

Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
