- Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve outstanding claims and patient balances.
- Process medical billing, claims processing, and denial management tasks efficiently.
- Identify and address issues related to revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, and denial management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
