We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions. The candidate should have experience in sourcing and hiring professionals from Operations & Maintenance and engineering sectors.
HR Recruiter
- Graduate/ MBA or any equivalent degree with minimum 5 years of experience in O&M; and technical manpower recruitment
- Manage end to end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media and other channels
- Handle recruitment for O&M;, technical, engineering and maintenance positions
- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies
- Strong experience in non-it recruitment & technical recruitment
- Good proficiency in job portal platforms
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
