Team Lead Sr. Business Development

Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead their India-based business development team. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing outbound lead generation strategies targeting IT services clients across global markets. The Team Lead will manage a team of 3 Executives, drive pipeline growth, and report directly to the UAE-based leadership.

Experience :

- 5-8 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
- Minimum 2 years in a team lead or managerial role, directly managing SDR / BDE teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 Lead Generation Executives (BDEs / SDRs) to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.




- Design and implement multi-channel outbound lead generation strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events) for IT services offerings.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target account lists across key geographies (GCC, US, UK, Europe).
- Develop and optimize outreach playbooks, scripts, cadences, and messaging frameworks for the team.
- Monitor team KPIs calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, SQLs generated and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead gen activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain and manage CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages.
