Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Oracle databases for high availability and performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot RAC environments to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies using tools like RMAN and Golden Gate.
- Perform database migrations from one version to another, such as 10g to 11g and 11i to 12c.
- Implement data replication solutions using Dataguard for disaster recovery purposes.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database schema for efficient query execution.

Job Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Solid experience with Oracle 12c/19c or higher versions, including exposure to Oracle RAC.
- Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning to achieve optimal database performance.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS services like EC2, RDS, and S3.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery techniques using RMAN and Golden Gate.
- Experience with database migration strategies and procedures.
- Solid understanding of database administration principles and best practices.
