Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java MVC & Spring Boot Developer with strong backend skills, hands-on experience in microservices, and deep knowledge of Java 8.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java 8, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot
Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure high performance
Collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Follow best practices for coding, security, and performance

Required Skills
Core Java (Java 8)

Robust expertise in Java 8 features:

Lambda expressions
Streams API
Functional interfaces
Optional, Date/Time API





Deep understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns

Spring Framework

Hands-on experience with Spring MVC
Strong expertise in Spring Boot for microservices development
Experience with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security

API & Microservices

Experience building REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Understanding of microservices architecture and inter-service communication

Database

Strong SQL skills with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL
Experience creating and optimizing stored procedures, queries, and functions

Additional Skills

Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
