Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer - MuleSoft, you will lead a pod of MuleSoft developers within client s GCC, owning solution design, API standards, and delivery quality for your assigned integration domain. You will partner with client s API Architecture team to execute the enterprise integration roadmap and drive the transition from Capgemini-led to GCC-led delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead solution design for MuleSoft integrations across assigned domain (e.g.: SAP Integrations, Commercial Systems, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, HR/Finance).
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 MuleSoft developers, and enabled sprint planning, design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Define and enforce API design standards including naming conventions, error handling patterns, pagination, versioning, and security policies.
- Architect integration solutions for complex client use cases including multi-step orchestrations, saga patterns, event-driven workflows, and batch processing at scale.
- Lead WebMethods-to-MuleSoft migration for complex integrations including B2B/EDI, batch file processing, and legacy middleware patterns.
- Drive MuleSoft Anypoint Platform governance consisting of API catalog management, environment strategy, and access control policies.
- Design and implement API analytics and monitoring using Anypoint Monitoring, custom dashboards, and ing rules.
- Partner with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow teams to define integration contracts and data mapping standards.
- Lead production incident response for integration failures including root cause analysis, fix deployment,



and post-mortem documentation.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 2 or MuleSoft Certified Architect (MCA) - Level 1

Skills

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of integration experience with at least 3 years on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Expertise in API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience in leading integration teams in onshore-offshore delivery models
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce integration patterns at enterprise scale
- Experience in MuleSoft platform administration including Runtime Fabric, CloudHub 2.0, Anypoint Monitoring

Valuable to Have Skills:

- Experience in transitioning integration delivery from SI-led to internal/GCC-led models
- Knowledge of B2B/EDI integration patterns (AS2, EDIFACT, X12) that is relevant for the client s supply chain partner integrations
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) for client s connected device ecosystem
- Experience in WebMethods migration projects
- MedTech or manufacturing industry integration experience
