Job Summary

Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. Administer Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. Manage networking components such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Firewalls. Support cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V. Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and reliability using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana. Implement backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, security updates, and access management solutions. Automate infrastructure and administration tasks using Bash, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible. Support Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments in collaboration with DevOps and application teams. Manage identity and access technologies including Active Directory and LDAP, following enterprise security and ITIL practices. Troubleshoot production issues and maintain technical documentation while demonstrating robust problem-solving, communication, ownership, and teamwork skills.
