About the Role

Zuddl has crossed product-market fit, and were entering a stage where the quality of our People function will determine how successfully we scale.

Were looking for someone who enjoys building exceptional teams while creating the operational foundation that enables them to thrive. This is a role for a builder, someone who can hire great talent, simplify complex processes, and use AI to make the People function faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Youll partner closely with leaders across India, UAE, and the US, balancing talent acquisition with People Operations while helping shape the employee experience from the first conversation to the last day.

- Build exceptional teams. Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Own the employee lifecycle. Manage onboarding, payroll, documentation, compliance, exit, and employee operations with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Build systems that scale. Continuously improve processes, automate repetitive work, and leverage AI to create a People function thats effective, scalable, and future-ready.
- Strengthen our culture. Help create meaningful employee experiences, support managers, and ensure every interaction reflects the values and culture were building.

- Run reliable, compliant, and scalable People Operations across multiple geographies.

What Were Looking For

- 3-6 years of experience spanning Talent Acquisition (technical and GTM roles) and People Operations, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
- Strong understanding of India payroll, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong network with hiring partners and vendors, particularly in the startup ecosystem.
- Experienced in sourcing talent through both conventional and non-conventional channels.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other TA platforms to drive hiring initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and independently drive hiring.
- A systems thinker who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership.
- Comfortable working across India, UAE, and US teams.
- Naturally curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to improve the way you work.
