We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in BFSI. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes and testing.
- Monitor and maintain the health of production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of software solutions.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
