- Design and deliver behavioral training programs for retail staff to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain learning materials such as manuals, guides, and online courses to support training initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content that meets business objectives.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Robust understanding of behavioural training techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in developing LMS (Learning Management System) content is an asset.
