Role: Senior Consultant - SAP ABAP
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Location: India (Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/Pune)

- Experience: 7+ years in SAP ECC ABAP / Integration with at least 3+ years working directly with the Proaxia FSM Connector (Proaxia FSM Integration Component).

- ALE/IDoc Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IDoc packet processing, queue decoupling, parallel processing setups ( RBDAPP01 ), and qRFC tuning.

- Proaxia Expertise (Positive to have): Proven track record configuring and extending Proaxia mapping tables, runtime classes, and message queues.

- Performance Tools: Proficiency with SAT , ST12 , ST05 (SQL Trace), SMQ2 , WE02 / BD87 , and DB02 .

Responsibilities

- IDoc & Queue Performance: Diagnose and resolve qRFC ( SMQ2 ), tRFC ( SM58 ), and IDoc inbound queues exceeding 10-minute thresholds. Configure packet sizing, parallel processing, and asynchronous queue execution.

- Proaxia Add-On Tuning:



Audit and tune Proaxia FSM Connector configuration settings, custom BAdI implementations, user exits, and outbound/inbound object serialization (e.g., Service Orders, Confirmations, Business Partners).

- ABAP & Database Optimization: Trace and optimize ABAP code inside custom BAdIs or enhancement points triggered during IDoc inbound processing. Identify and mitigate database locks and table access bottlenecks.

- System Monitoring & Logging: Rationalize logging levels within the Proaxia framework and ECC ALE layer to reduce unnecessary disk I/O and table bloat.
