Architect and design scalable, secure, and effective ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements from SMEs and Product Owners and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow development and administration across CSM and other platform modules.
- Design and develop Service Catalogs, catalog items, workflows, approvals, and self-service solutions.
- Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and common integration patterns.
- Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, AngularJS, scripting, and workflow automation.
- Manage Update Sets, instance migrations, deployments, upgrades, and platform patching.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting user stories, testing, defect management,



and development activities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and administrators, and enforce ServiceNow development standards and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions while ensuring strong architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
