- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize capacity utilization.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to inform strategic decisions on product mix, pricing, and promotions.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning & Control in the Building Material industry.
- Solid understanding of capacity planning, inventory planning, and production monitoring techniques.
- Proven track record of improving process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
