Job Description:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Shift Details:

- Rotational Night Shifts
- Rotational Weekoffs
- 2-Way Cab Facility provided for with in the radius of 23km





Salary Take Home:

- Fresher: 19,000/month
- 6 to 18 months experience: 23,000/month
- Above 18 months: 27,000/month

Key Skills Required:

- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Positive listening and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
- Willingness to work with rotational weekoffs
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Experience: Freshers and candidates with international voice/customer support experience can apply.
