We are currently hiring for Accountant for one of our client.

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for a Real Estate Company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting statutory compliance and project-wise accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Prepare customer payment statements and outstanding reports.
- Maintain vendor and contractor accounts.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.




- Maintain project-wise income and expenditure records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.
- Monitor customer receivables and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and project-related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience; Real Estate or Construction industry experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally / ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
