- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits for networking issues related to Cisco devices.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems using tools such as Wireshark and Network Monitoring software.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated cases and provide root cause analysis reports.
- Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for internal use.
Job Requirements :
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent experience working with Cisco equipment.
- 6-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry supporting large-scale networks.
- Solid understanding of BGP routing protocols and switching technologies (CCNA level).
- Experience working with various operating systems including Windows, Linux, Unix.
