Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation testing, with a solid mix of manual, development and automation exposure.
Technical Skills:
Should have experience in C# development , SQL
Candidate should be capable of doing development and Testing
Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (e.g. Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with writing integration tests
Test frameworks: NUnit (mandatory)
BDD exposure (desirable): SpecFlow or Cucumber
CI/CD integration: Running and maintaining automated tests in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar
Version control: Git
Test reporting: Allure, ExtentReports, or built-in framework reporting
Soft Skills & Attributes
Highly proactive - identifies automation opportunities without waiting for direction
Comfortable driving conversations with developers and testers
Robust analytical and risk-based thinking when deciding what to automate
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Practical mindset focused on improving outcomes rather than just tool usage
