- Reviewing agreements forwarded by vendors for W2 placements.
- Negotiating payment terms and invoicing processes for W2 consultants.
- Referring to Termination Clauses and Liability Clauses in agreements.
- Reviewing all clauses under agreements, including Breach clauses, Liability clauses, Termination clauses, Non-competition, and Non-solicitation clauses.
- Reviewing NDAs and NCAs forwarded by vendors.
- Preparing C2C MSAs and SOWs for placements with our clients.
- Knowledge of performing BGCs for W2 and C2C candidates.
- Solid communication skills.
- Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
