We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. HR Recruiter / HR Executive to support recruitment and HR activities.
The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment, and the ability to source and coordinate with candidates effectively.
Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
- Ability to source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good candidate screening and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Aditional Skills
- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate the offer and joining process for selected candidates.
- Assist with employee documentation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain HR records and employee information.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports.
- Positive interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Candidate
- 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Any Graduate.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
