Fresher:- 18k CTC + Incentives
Experienced:- Upto 23k CTC + Incentives
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through various communication channels (voice process).
- Work on international BPO projects with CSE (Customer Service Executives) team members to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Utilize blended processes for semi-voice interactions with clients to provide efficient solutions.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while processing customer requests using voice support tools.
