Required Skills

- Robust experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, planning and execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, users, groups, roles and Entra ID.
- Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest On Demand Migration, ShareGate, AvePoint, or Microsoft native migration capabilities.
- Understanding of identity migration, domain transfer, DNS, mail routing, permissions, retention, compliance, and security policies.
- Cross-tenant synchronization and coexistence setup
- PowerShell experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Graph, and Entra ID modules.
- Ability to create migration plans, execute cutovers, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
- Conditional Access, MFA, security policies, and licensing configuration
- Microsoft Purview basics: retention, eDiscovery, DLP, sensitivity labels
- Migration tools: BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest On Demand Migration, ShareGate, AvePoint
- Migration runbooks, cutover planning, rollback planning, and post-migration support
