- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and status updates in Pega.
- Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Waterfall approach for managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in Cloud Migration processes using various technologies such as Pega Platform.
