Job Summary

The HR Specialist provides administrative and operational support across core HR processes, ensuring accurate execution of employee lifecycle activities. This role operates within established procedures and guidelines, with growing autonomy and responsibility. The HR Specialist interacts regularly with employees and managers, delivering high-quality service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

- Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, perks, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; escalate when required: escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations strong HR operations/Shared Services experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Workday Help).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Demonstrates ethical behaviour and commitment to compliance.
