We are currently hiring Site Engineer Real Estate / Construction for one of our clients.

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site and ensure proper execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Monitor civil works including foundation, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, architects, consultants, and project management.
- Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per schedule.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirements.
- Check measurements and quantities of completed works.
- Ensure proper safety practices at the site.

Technical Requirements





- Strong understanding of civil construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction practices.
- Ability to monitor quality, measurements, quantities, and work progress.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong site supervision and execution skills.
- Good coordination with contractors, labour teams, consultants, and project management.
- Strong understanding of civil construction activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor work quality and meet project schedules.
- Robust problem-solving and site management skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
