Primary:
- 4+years of skilled experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in EDI, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail industries.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
- Experience preparing mapping specifications and functional requirement documents for EDI transactions.
- Familiarity with EDI platforms (Cleo CIC, IBM Sterling, OpenText, etc.) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VANs).
Secondary Skills:
- Experience working with logistics-specific documents such as 204, 214, 210, 856, 990, 997.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, order management, or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
- Exposure to API-based integrations alongside EDI is a plus.
