- Source IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Understand client requirements and translate job descriptions into effective candidate search strategies.
- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Recruit for positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.
- Understand and work with different US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099, as applicable.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Negotiate compensation and close candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/CRM.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 - 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, ZipRecruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.
- Knowledge of common US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.Role & responsibilities
