Position: Customer Support Executive International Non voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab Facility: 1-Way Cab Facility Provided

1. International Non-Voice Process

Eligibility:

- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with minimum 3 months experience in International Non-Voice / Email / Chat / Semi-Voice processes can apply
- Positive English communication and written communication skills required

Salary:

- Freshers: 19,000 Take Home
- Below 12 months experience: Up to 3.2 LPA CTC
- 12+ months experience: Up to 4 LPA CTC
- Hike for experienced candidates depends on their last CTC and experience

2. International Semi-Voice Process

Eligibility:

- Freshers: Can apply
- Experienced: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process




- Good communication skills required

Salary:

- Freshers: 25,000 Take Home
- Experienced: Up to 5 LPA CTC

4. Operations Round

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer queries through Email, Chat and Semi-Voice channels
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
- Maintain quality and productivity standards

- Ensure a positive customer experience
