Tech Lead (AI/ML Engineer)

Experience: 6-9 years

Location: PAN India, preferably Chennai

Skills:
Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions.
Robust proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Knowledge of Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and MLOps practices.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Key responsibilities for ML Ops
Designing, developing, testing,



and deploying robust and scalable AI agents and solutions within Xvantage platform € preferable with Google tech stack, but open to other hyperscaler experience.
Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI agent functionality.
Implementing natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) models, and other AI techniques to enhance agent intelligence and performance.
Monitoring, debugging, and optimizing AI agent performance to ensure high availability and accuracy.
Integrating AI agents with existing enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and databases.
