Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Eagle software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure transparency and consistency across the organization.
- Provide training and support to team members on current systems, tools, or processes implemented through Eagle.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an insurance industry setting.
- Strong understanding of Eagle software and its applications in insurance operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that drive efficiency gains.
