- We are seeking an experienced WorkdayIntegration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM.
- The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise with Workday business processes, Workday Studio/EIB integrations, and understanding of ServiceNow Integration Hub, along with a robust understanding of HR data models and workflow automation.
- Total 7+ years exp - At least 4+ years of Workday integration experience (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, REST APIs).
- exposure or understanding of ServiceNow experience, ideally with HRSD or ITSM.
- Understanding of Workday Data model
- Build and configure Workday outbound/inbound integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
- understanding of ServiceNow Integration Hub flows, transform maps, and data sync logic
- Map Workday HCM data structures to ServiceNow HRSD data models.
