Job Title: R2R (Record to Report) Associate / Sr. Associate / Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

We are hiring finance professionals for Record to Report (R2R) roles across multiple levels including Associate, Senior Associate, and Assistant Manager for a leading global client. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage General Ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records
- Pass Journal Entries, Accruals, and Adjustments
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Handle Month-End and Year-End Close activities
- Prepare and review Financial Statements & Reports
- Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Com – Mandatory




- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter – Preferred
- Experience in R2R / General Accounting (freshers with strong fundamentals can also be considered for Associate roles)
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in US Shift (Night Shift)
