Role & responsibilities

- Building intelligent application components
- .NET, Python, PySpark development
- AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot)
- Platform automation and reusable components
- API integration and orchestration
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Production support and root cause analysis
- Engineering productivity improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Experience enabling AI assisted developer workflows at scale

Familiarity with learning platforms HR technology or talent systems

Exposure to Azure AI services OpenAIbased APIs or enterprise automation patterns

Experience with vector search RAG patterns or intelligent workflow automation

Familiarity with DevOps CICD and distributed agile delivery

Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular or React
