Key Responsibilities

- Planning Strategy: Plant, VPC and RSY capacity planning, network optimization, gap identification and mitigation
- Cost Commercial: Logistics cost analysis, freight optimization, service contract investment review, business case evaluation
- Performance Control: KPI, SLA, dispatch, turnaround time, dwell time, damage inventory monitoring
- Insurance Risk: Transit insurance renewal, declarations, premium adjustments, claims management and claim reduction
- Process Projects: Process compliance, SAP/ERP controls and logistics infrastructure, system and improvement projects
- Management Governance: Monthly KPI reporting, Business Plan, management reviews, coordination with Plant, Sales, Finance logistics partners
