About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative HR Trainee/Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, technology, social media, and building a strong talent pipeline.

You will get exposure to domestic technology hiring, niche/high-end technology recruitment, employer branding, and creative talent engagement initiatives.

- End-to-end IT Recruitment & Domestic Hiring
- Sourcing for niche technologies like Oracle Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Salesforce, Workday & Integration
- LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & innovative sourcing
- Candidate screening & interview coordination
- Talent pipeline building
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Content
- Creative hiring campaigns & talent engagement

Who can apply?

- 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
- Freshers with a solid interest in recruitment are welcome
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
