Purpose of the Role Own quality governance across the program, ensure adherence to HPE SDLC processes, coordinate stakeholders, manage delivery risks, and drive quality strategy from requirements through production deployment.

- Strong Project Management experience
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Robust understanding of end-to-end SDLC
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Quality governance, review, and compliance management
- Experience defining quality gates and release readiness criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to engage with business, development, testing, and leadership teams
- Experience presenting status, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Jira/ALM or equivalent project and test management tools
- Metrics and dashboard reporting
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Test Automation understanding
- Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing practices
- Program governance experience
- Predictive quality analytics
- Defect trend analysis using data-driven approaches
- Experience implementing quality transformation initiatives
