- Vendor Contract Management.
- Facility Budgeting Cost Control.
- Technology Automation - Facility Management Systems (FMS) or IWMS for tracking assets, work orders, and space utilization.
- Monitoring and adhering Statutory and Regulatory compliances.

Our requirements

- Basic computer skills - Database management, presentation software, social media skills, MS Office etc.
- Sound knowledge of ISO management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, with practical exposure to implementation and compliance.

Qualifications

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years experience in Facility Management, preferably in Industrial premises
