You ll define how we build AI-powered Salesforce solutions, set the engineering bar for the entire technical team, and be the person clients and internal stakeholders trust when the hardest questions need answering. Key Responsibilities: Technical Strategy Architecture

- Own Infoglen s long-term AI and Salesforce platform architecture strategy
- Set engineering standards - quality, scalability, reliability, and governance across delivery
- Lead architectural decisions that ensure what s built today scales tomorrow

AI Engineering Innovation

- Design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions - LLM-powered apps, real-time intelligence, and AI agent frameworks
- Build and govern data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Ensure AI outputs are accurate, auditable, and trustworthy - not just functional

Salesforce Excellence

- Be the senior Salesforce technical authority across multi-cloud - Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, and integrations
- Guide teams on complex architecture, customizations, and integration patterns
- Lead org health checks, assessments, and technical debt resolution

PreSales Client Engagement





- Partner with Account Managers on solutioning, demos, and proposals
- Translate AI and Salesforce capabilities into business value for CXO audiences
- Contribute to CoE - building reusable accelerators and frameworks that differentiate Infoglen

Team Leadership

- Mentor the technical team - set the standard others aspire to
- Collaborate on technical hiring - assess talent across Salesforce and AI
- Actively shape Infoglen s technical roadmap and practice growth

What You Bring: Must Have:

- 7+ years of engineering experience owning enterprise-scale architectures
- Hands-on AI/ML expertise - LLM applications, AI governance, real-time systems
- Strong Salesforce technical depth across multiple clouds
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures
- Systems-thinking mindset - balances speed, scale, and maintainability
- Equally fluent with engineers and C-suite stakeholders
- Background at a Salesforce SI, ISV, or AI product company

Positive to Have:

- Salesforce certifications - Architect, AI Specialist, Sales/Service/Data Cloud
- CRM, Revenue Operations, or GTM platform experience
- PreSales or technical consulting background
- Experience building auditable, trusted AI systems at scale
- Data governance and monitoring framework expertise
