Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and work closely with our US-based clients and internal team.

This role is primarily focused on graphic design for print and production, including artwork preparation, editing existing designs, adapting artwork to different sizes and specifications, creating print-ready files, and supporting day-to-day design requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of print design, typography, layouts, color, image handling, and production requirements, along with the ability to understand client instructions and deliver accurate artwork.

Since the role involves working directly with US-based clients and teams, professional spoken and written English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, modify, and prepare graphic artwork according to client and production requirements.
- Work on designs for printed materials, promotional products, packaging, signage, displays, and other print-related applications.
- Prepare artwork according to specified dimensions, bleed, margins, resolution, color modes, and other production specifications.
- Review supplied artwork and identify design or production issues before sending files for production.
- Modify existing artwork based on client instructions while maintaining the original design and brand consistency.
- Resize and adapt artwork for different products, dimensions, and printing requirements.




- Create accurate mockups and visual representations when required.
- Work with images, logos, typography, illustrations, and other design assets.
- Ensure files are properly organized and production-ready before final delivery.
- Communicate with the internal team and US-based clients to clarify design requirements and revisions.
- Handle multiple design requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Follow client-specific design guidelines, specifications, and workflows.
- Make revisions based on client or production feedback.
- Maintain proper file naming, version control, and organization of design assets.
- Coordinate with the production/operations team when clarification is required regarding artwork or specifications.

Required Skills:

- 25 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign is preferred.
- Experience preparing artwork for print production.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colors, image resolution, and composition.
- Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, bleed, crop marks, DPI/resolution, and print-ready PDF files.
- Ability to work with various file formats such as AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG, JPG, and PNG.
- Ability to accurately follow specifications and client instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.




- Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify artwork/production issues.
- Professional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to work during US business hours / night shift in India.

Good to Have:

- Experience working with printing companies, print vendors, or production teams.
- Experience with large-format printing, signage, packaging, labels, promotional materials, or similar print products.
- Experience working with US-based clients or international customers.
- Knowledge of prepress and print-production workflows.
- Experience with product visualization or mockup creation.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of color management and print specifications.
- Experience handling high-volume design requests with tight deadlines.
