Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Core Banking (CBS) Executive - IT to manage the administration, support, and smooth operation of the Societys Core Banking Solution and IT infrastructure.

This role ensures reliable, secure, and accurate functioning of the banking software, hardware, and network on which all member transactions depend.

Job Responsibilities

Administer the Core Banking Software, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable system operations.

- Administer and maintain the Core Banking Software (CBS) - user creation, account setup, and day-begin / day-end (BOD/EOD) operations.
- Configure products and parameters for Savings, Recurring Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Gold Loan, and other loan schemes.
- Troubleshoot CBS issues and coordinate with the software vendor for resolution, patches, and version updates.
- Manage regular data backup, recovery, and overall data security.
- Maintain IT hardware - computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices - and the office network.
- Manage user access rights, passwords, and system-level security controls.
- Generate MIS reports, statutory returns, and audit data from the CBS.
- Support interest application, NPA marking, and periodic system runs.




- Ensure correct functioning of UPI / NEFT / RTGS and payment-gateway integrations.
- Maintain IT documentation, AMC records, and software licence renewals.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with hands-on Core Banking administration experience and sound IT fundamentals.

- Graduate / Diploma in IT or Computer Science (BCA / MCA / B.Sc-IT / B.Tech-IT).
- Working knowledge of Core Banking platforms used by co-operative societies / banks.
- 2 to 5 years of experience handling Core Banking Software in a co-operative bank, credit society, or NBFC.
- Hands-on CBS administration and configuration.
- Basic database / SQL knowledge and reporting.
- Networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system security awareness.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving under pressure.
