Technical Analytical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience with dashboards, MIS, forecasting, productivity and performance tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script, VBA, or Python is preferred.

Familiarity with AI/ML data workflows, data annotation platforms, QC systems, and workforce management tools.

Robust understanding of productivity metrics, cost-per-task models, SLA management, TAT, and quality metrics.

Experience Eligibility:

Experience: 5-9 years

Experience in Operations / Data Operations / BPO / KPO / Managed Services / Content Moderation / Data Annotation.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing large teams.

Proven experience managing high-volume, process-driven operations.

Experience handling multiple projects, workflows, or client programs.

Exposure to US/international clients is preferred.





Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management.

Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
