Role, Responsibilities & Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in Marketing of Engineering / Industrial Products, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for market development, customer engagement and product promotion.
- Closely monitor market dynamics, customer requirements and industry trends and support the Sales Team in implementing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct detailed market studies covering product demand, packaging, distribution channels, pricing and product positioning.
- Drive product portfolio promotion through customer visits, market development activities and networking.
- Coordinate and contribute to advertisements, technical articles and product features in trade magazines and industry publications.
- Develop Brand Awareness and Corporate Communication with technical associations, Chambers of Commerce, trade associations and other industry bodies.
- Support dealers and resellers with product promotion, marketing campaigns,



networking initiatives and market development programs.
- Strong knowledge of Advertising, Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing, with the ability to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present market intelligence and market-entry studies to management for evaluating new markets and business opportunities.
- Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs and product showcases to promote Arkel products and strengthen market presence.
- Organise and conduct seminars, product presentations and customer engagement programs to increase market reach.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with newspapers, trade magazines, Chambers of Commerce, trade associations, television channels and other media partners.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers through regular trade newsletters, greetings, product updates and other corporate communication initiatives.
