Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training in Photography, Videography, Filmmaking, Drone Technology, and Media Production.
- Conduct hands on workshops, field sessions, and project based learning.
- Train students in camera operations, composition, lighting, storytelling, and video editing.
- Mentor students, evaluate practical assignments, and guide them in building industry ready portfolios.
- Maintain training documentation and coordinate with the program team for smooth execution.

Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh (Relocation Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates should meet either of the following criteria:

1. Graduate in Photography, Film Making, Journalism, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Digital Media, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant industry experience and 1+ year of teaching/training experience.

OR





2. Postgraduate in a relevant field with 3+ years of relevant industry experience and 1+ year of teaching/training experience.

Preferred Skills:

* Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

* Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom

* Strong communication and mentoring skills
