About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Attribution & Marketing Analytics Team. In this role, you will develop advanced analytical solutions to measure and optimize marketing performance across multiple customer touchpoints. You will leverage machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and attribution methodologies to generate actionable business insights and improve marketing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in data science and statistics with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and large-scale data environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance marketing attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Build predictive, statistical, and machine learning models to support marketing and business decision-making.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify customer behavior patterns, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to quantify incremental business impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights, recommendations, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and continuous improvement of analytical solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in machine learning, causal inference, attribution modeling, and marketing measurement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,



Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and scalable data processing platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Marketing Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or Customer Journey Analytics.
- Strong understanding of causal inference, experimentation, and incrementality measurement.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Exposure to visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and model deployment best practices.
