About the Role
Ramxora.AI is looking for a passionate, self-driven, and technically strong Full Stack Developer who will be
responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications. The ideal
candidate should have hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies while collaborating with
cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
This role requires strong coding skills, problem-solvingability, ownership of assigned modules, and the capability
to contribute to technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and support the Team Lead in delivering projects
on time.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Frontend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable UI components following modern frontend architecture.
• Implement responsive layouts compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and rendering
optimizations.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Improve user experience by implementing intuitive navigation and interactive features.
• Debug frontend issues and continuously improve application performance.
2. Backend Development
• Develop scalable server-side applications using Node.js and Nest.js.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
• Build modular, reusable, and maintainable backend services.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Develop business logic and backend workflows based on project requirements.
• Handle API versioning, validation, exception handling, and logging.
• Optimize backend performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain secure coding standards to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
3. Database Management
• Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write optimized SQL queries and database procedures.
• Create efficient database schemas and relationships.
• Perform query optimization and indexing for better performance.
• Manage database migrations, backups, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
4. API Development & Integration
• Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs including payment gateways, messaging services,



authentication providers,
and cloud services.
• Ensure secure API communication using tokens and encryption.
• Create API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues.
5. Software Development Lifecycle
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical planning.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Estimate development effort and provide realistic timelines.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain proper technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
6. Code Quality & Best Practices
• Write clean, readable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Follow coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Refactor existing applications for improved maintainability.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.
• Resolve bugs and production issues efficiently.
• Ensure applications meet security and quality standards.
7. DevOps & Deployment
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Work with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repositories.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
• Deploy applications to development, staging, and production environments.
• Work with Docker containers where applicable.
• Assist in cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot deployment issues.
8. Performance Optimization
• Identify application bottlenecks and improve system performance.
• Optimize frontend rendering and backend processing.
• Improve API response times and database efficiency.
• Monitor application performance using debugging and profiling tools.
• Implement caching strategies where appropriate.
9. Security Responsibilities
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Follow OWASP security guidelines.
• Protect applications against common web vulnerabilities.
• Encrypt sensitive information and secure API endpoints.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
10. Collaboration & Team Contribution
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and Product Managers.
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews.
• Assist the Team Lead in technical planning and task estimation.




• Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Support team members in resolving technical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

11. AI & Emerging Technologies
• Integrate AI-powered APIs and third-party AI services into applications.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Work with prompt engineering concepts where applicable.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve existing products.
• Participate in AI-based feature development and automation initiatives.
