Job Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing
team in madhurai and coimbatore ,vellore . You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new healthcare
partnersincluding hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centersand nurturing long-term
relationships to drive patient loan referrals and business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and partners to
generate leads
Guide fundraisers in creating compelling campaign pages, including storytelling,




documentation, and structuring
Drive campaign success by advising on outreach strategies across social media,
WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to
optimize campaign performance
Track and manage daily funnel metrics: leads, conversions, funds raised, and
campaign success rate
Provide continuous support to fundraisers to maximize visibility and donations
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity in the crowdfunding
space

Key Requirements
13 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Success /
Partnerships
Prior experience in startups, healthcare, fintech, or social impact domains is
preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patients and families
Highly result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus
