1. Core Functional Skills

SAP SD Configuration

- Order-to-Cash cycle (Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management)
- Master data: Customer, Material, Customer-Material Info, Pricing Conditions
- Shipping, transportation, route determination, output determination
- Taxation and pricing procedures
- Intercompany sales and third-party order processing
- Interface experience from Salesforce to SAP P20, BPP, QTC systems

1. Requirement Gathering Fit-Gap Analysis

- Strong business process knowledge in Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service
- Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications

1. Documentation Training

- Functional design documentation (FDDs), test scripts, end-user training

1. Project Delivery

- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies

1. Communication Stakeholder Management

- Strong client-facing skills for workshops and presentations




- Cross-team collaboration with business and technical teams
